First off, start by washing your hands with soap & water for at least 20 seconds. Device makers are releasing their own recommendations on how to properly disinfect mobile devices. A good overview can be found here, which includes cleaning methods for phone cases as well. And, to ensure you haven’t infected yourself in the process, you must wash your hands with soap & water again after the cleaning.
