If one of your clients disputes a charge, you will be notified by our Customer Care Team, and we will work with you to resolve the dispute. This usually involves providing documentation for the services that were rendered. We’ll assist you from start to finish and keep you updated on the status as the dispute progresses.

Your transaction and settlement reports are all available via the Reimbursify Practice Portal. Your deposits and batches are tracked in real-time, which makes reconciliation easy and fast. 

There is no minimum monthly commitment. You can process as much or as little as you want each month, for the same flat rate.
