Of course not! With Reimbursify Payments you will never find a complicated or cryptic fee on your statement. The only thing you can expect is a simple and transparent partnership. You are in the business of providing quality health care and we are in the business of making that care as easy and accessible as possible.
If one of your clients disputes a charge, you will be notified by our Customer Care Team, and we will work with you to resolve the dispute. This usually involves providing documentation for the services that were rendered. We’ll assist you from start to finish and keep you updated on the status as the dispute progresses.
Your transaction and settlement reports are all available via the Reimbursify Practice Portal. Your deposits and batches are tracked in real-time, which makes reconciliation easy and fast.
There is no minimum monthly commitment. You can process as much or as little as you want each month, for the same flat rate.
